When my girlfriend and I moved to Toronto, we found ourselves out of our depth in the current rental market. Even just trying to find listings in our budget and preferred areas seemed impossible. While looking at places, he would often be the first to point out quirks or issues—some of which we might have not realized until the deal was closed. It was clear that he was not trying to rush us to sign and get out of his hair, but attempting to find us the best place possible—even if it took him a whole other day of viewings with us.We always knew that he had our best interests in mind and genuinely cared about us being over the moon with our place and that made the whole process a breeze.
