Love the trends. ZERO customer service!!! Argh! I have never had a single employee say hello. When at the cashier...they talk to one another...rarely give eye contact or greetings.

Great clothing choice. I was served by a polite and smiling guy named Justin (thumbs up for him). The cashier work need to be upgraded though (very slow and no smiles given).

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Zara store and I’ve had many because we know they’re not known for customer experience but this team is beyond rude. I literally asked for help and was told “no” hahaha. I will never be back & I wish them all the best in any job because they’re going to need it lol.

I wanted to return something but they can't give my money back because I don't have the cellphone of the person who bought tough I have her card with me since she can't go out. Seriously Zara you might need to readjust your return system yours is by far the worst I experienced.

Worst experience. The service is absent. And this time we can’t put it on lack of labour. About 6 staff chatting and laughing in the back store whilst only one at the register? Staff were so unprofessional, yelling and laughing. It was like bein in a high school classroom.Honnestly, remember that customers still spend good money.There’s an obvious lack of leadership and structure here.

I was visiting the city as a tourist and I decided to buy a Shirt to my husband for the Valentine's day. What a terrible idea! The size was not correct and when we tried to exchange they didn't accept. Definitely a nightmare!
