This McDonald's has to be one of the worst I've been to. I've gone through the drive thru multiple times and they have gotten my order wrong more than once. Against my better judgement, I went again today to get the new Smokey Gouda breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. After repeating my order multiple times into the speaker, stressing it was the new smokey gouda breakfast sandwich, the person on the other side was completely silent. I had to ask her multiple times if she got my order, to which she replied yes. I could see on the screen that she typed in McMuffin and I said no, again it is the SMOKEY GOUDA ON A BAGEL. Again silence. Asked again if she heard my order and if she got the extra hashbrown I also ordered and she said yes. I paid and was told to pull up to wait for my order. Another car was ahead of me and after giving them their order the delivery person confirmed to me that I was waiting for a bagel breakfast sandwich and they were just getting my extra hashbrown ready. After waiting 10 mins I was given the order and I only checked for the extra hashbrown to make sure they hadn't missed it. I should have checked the sandwich but it was at the bottom of the bag, and I assumed after repeating my order numerous times they had gotten it right for once. Only after getting to work did I realize they had given me a BLT! I hate BLTs and this is not the first time they had replaced my bagel breakfast sandwich order with a BLT. The last time it happened I called and a manager" took my information down and said I could come by for a free breakfast sandwich. When I went in the next day the person at the drive thru said they had no record of the complaint and was quite rude. I called again today and spoke to Dan who was very nice (this one star is just for him). He assured me that they have my information down and I can get a free breakfast sandwich with no time limit. Let's see tomorrow if he's being honest. If not

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. One had eggshells in it. Two were ordered with canadian bacon... they came with small bits of regular bacon. Tried to call them ... no answer on phone. Never going back!

This location is one of the best I've been to. Very clean. Fast service. Friendly staff. Food was excellent.

NEVER Again! Undisputedly the worse McDonalds in existence. I stopped going to this McDonalds years ago due to the burnt little hockey pucks they call an English Muffin used for breakfast sandwiches. I went back a few weeks ago and ordered a Shamrock Shake, cheeseburger and fries thinking they must have changed. They had, the food was worse than ever. The Shamrock Shake looked unusually dark green in colour and when I put the straw in and took a sip my mouth was filled with an overwhelming taste of mint and was liquid...it was not shake. I felt sick the rest of the day after that mouthful. Whatever was at the bottom of that cup was not shake. The burger and fries were ice cold as if they had been sitting on a countertop for hours, no trace of heat. Today I went back thinking they could not mess up a breakfast order. I ordered hot cakes and they too were ice cold as if they had not seen heat in hours. Needless to say both days the food ended up in the garbage. It would probably help if adults worked in this place. Both times all the workers in the restaurant were no older than 16. Get some adults who know what they are doing and probably care...not kids who don't know or care what they are doing. Or are they going to wait 'til someone comes down with a wicked case of food poisoning.

Came at about 8:30 06/30/23 team working was great working together. Who I assume was the manager handed me and my friends our food very nice. Keep up the great work

Nicely decorated McDonald's. Food was good as usual for fast food. Kids liked it a lot. This restaurant was very clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and nice, and washrooms were relatively clean. Overall a great stop for emergency food. I would stop by here again if in the area.

Three times in a row they’ve gotten my very basic order wrong. You can’t call them to give them feedback though, the call disconnects automatically. How hard is it to remember to put sausage on a sausage breakfast sandwich..

They're good, hard workers. They've forgotten a burger of mine just last week when I ordered 6 inside. They're good at rectifying the situation if they make a mistake, I just didn't go in this time for a replacement but I know they would have rectified the situation because they have for me before with a different mixup.Mistakes happen at any business, I find it's not consistent and they're quick for a fix and I've never dealt with unkind staff there.

It's exactly what you'd expect and want from a McDonald's. The service is great. Everybody was nice that I dealt with the two times I went. The food was exactly how I ordered it and came out reasonably fast considering how busy this McDonald's usually is. There was a wonderful lady who brought me my meal twice and she was very kind. Although McDonald's is still a little overpriced for what it is and obviously not the healthiest choice. It is still convenient and with a coupon more reasonable than it's competitors without a coupon.

We got the dollar deal drinks for summer and it was fine. They have a no refill policy at this store only and it is stupid. The seating in the restaurant is so uncomfortable you can only sit for less than 5 minutes. I guess they don't want anyone to stay very long.
