Not very friendly staff, went there today around 8PM nobody really looked for an item we really wanted to buy from another store since they didn’t have the right size in their store.Poor customer service.

Left my security tags on 5 sweaters lol but the older guy working was awesome found me stuff that wasn't on the rack with options. Staff very nice and friendly even though it was packed and busy they did a good safe job quickly, pick up your summer gear at Champs guys best place in winnipeg for shoes and gear.

Only in the door a few seconds and I had 4 employees in my face asking can I help you, asking what I’m looking for. Maybe you work on commission I don’t know but maybe give the customer time to look around first before acting like this. A simple ‘hello’ is enough when someone walks through the door.

Employee named Andrew, is so rude with customers, whoever goes in the changing room, also rude with me and his behaviour was totally racist with me. I come in this store once biweekly but from now not any more

My fiancé and I got shoes here, super nice store. Andrew is a godsend, he helped both of us with our shopping endeavours. If you’re gonna shop here, make sure to ask for Andrews help, he’s a great salesman. 11/10 definitely. Andrew is the real mvp lol.
