Efficient, knowledgeable and patient.Came to them with a general idea of the type of computer I wanted, my price range and very little knowledge as to what that would require.They picked out the parts that would best suit my needs, checking in on the benefits different options might give, and came out almost exactly on budgetI opted to assemble the tower myself, but they were to answer some vital questions during the process to make sure I didn't snap in the wrong part to the wrong place.
