The cleaners who came to my house were very detail oriented and cleaned things I would have never thought to have cleaned. I’ve used this company multiple times already and they’ve never disappointed. Their pricing is competitive and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Genesis Cleaning Services is by far the best cleaning company I have come across. The price of the service is very reasonable considering the quality of service you are receiving and in comparison to other cleaning companies.Owner, Sarah is very professional and was able to find a time to clean my home that fits my family's busy schedule. Sarah even arrived at our home with two staff both before and after the job to ensure we were recieving the best service possible.The workers arrived at our home with masks on and completed a deep clean that has put my mind at ease during covid. Furniture was moved (to clean under and around), walls were washed, windows/window sills were cleaned, and every room/surface was cleaned in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rancher home occupied by a family of 5 (3 young children) and 2 dogs.We won't be able to hire other cleaners now that we a have experienced this quality of service through Genesis Cleaning Services.

Initially, a good experience, punctual and thorough. Gave them two other referrals. Was told after the first clean, the average cost moving forward would drop - it never did. Found after each clean things were not put back as they were found. The cleaning itself was good, the pace wasn't. I brought this to the attention of the owner and was told 'the girls are promised a set number of hours' and 'to perhaps consider another company'. I was surprised at how quickly I was being discounted for simply asking about something they themselves said would change (average cost of clean). I was then told they would perform a 'superficial' clean to keep the cost down. I wasn't interested in a lesser quality job, I just needed an honest answer on what it would actually take to clean my home moving forward. Instead of an answer, I was told (coincidentally) they no longer had anyone serving the Delta area - no resolve, no option to find someone, no effort whatsoever to keep my business. Calls to both the owner and their staff have gone unanswered. Completely unprofessional.

Sarah is wonderful and professional. She was able to fit my schedule and provide a cleaner for my home every 2 weeks. My apartment was left exceptionally clean and dust free, especially having 2 pets that shed alot! She follows up after each cleaning to ensure it meets my expectations. Definitely would recommend, support a local business!
