Terrible customer service!The manicure in the end turned out fine but I was pretty dissatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.Went for my first gel manicure at this salon recently which was okay until I got home and saw that the final layer of polish on one of the nails had come off because it had not dried properly in salon. I called and was given an appointment the next day to get it fixed. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment the next day, I was told to wait 10 min. However, in the end, I waited 30 min to get just one nail fixed because the technician had already started doing a manicure on another customer during my scheduled appointment time and waited to complete this entire manicure before fixing my nail. It only took 2 minutes to fix the nail (something she could have done pretty quickly without compromising the other client's manicure) but I had to wait 30 minutes. The technician apologized only after I expressed my frustration. I also didn't think her apologies were adequate in this scenario, and a good salon would take care to make up for these sort of experiences. She also did not take any accountability for the salon for messing up my nail in the first place (saying it's not their fault it happened) and told me it was because of the way I held my hand in the drying machine that the polish came off. So, basically they told me it was my fault that the layer of polish came off. However, I had also not been given any specific instructions from the first technician on how to hold my hand.Most upsetting of all is how rude the owner of the salon is. In response to my email reporting my concerns about my experience above (I wrote to the salon privately rather than post a negative review because I wanted to give them a chance to take accountability and make up for my experience), she became defensive and said (exact quotes): You are not welcome to our salon

Such a nice quiet place to do nails. The nail techniques are so nice. This is place i am looking for a long time to get the nail style i like. Good service and beautiful nails.

The place is very clean and quiet beautiful inside. My first set of nails made me cry I was so happy I finally got what I was looking for with dip. My technician takes time to really shape the nail after applying the powder, unlike other places where they lightly buff the top and leave the nail super thick. I will admit, not every technician does dip the same here and every time I use someone else I’m not as happy. Find the tech that works best for you and always schedule with them. I’m happy I found this place!!

Absolutely love this nail salon. I was beyond impressed on my first visit. The nail specialist are educated, the salon is beautiful, and the products they use are amazing. I also thought the cleanliness was outstanding. There are so many scary stories of nail salons giving fungus or staff infections and this will not happen here they even sterilize their implements.I'll never go anywhere else again!

I was recommended to try this salon for a certain Halloween look that I was going for, I was NOT disappointed and made my next appointment immediately.The following appointment I had was with Néda, I was uncertain of what I wanted and she was very patient and helpful for ideas. The result of what I got was amazing. I’m obsessed. She is now my new nail tech!As for the salon itself, very clean and chic. All safety measures are in place. I highly recommend this salon.

My nails are chipped and bubbly since getting them done on Tuesday, it’s now Saturday. I’m really disappointed in the quality of service lately.. it seems to be hit or miss with an emphasis on the miss lately.
