The installers Rick and Jack did a super job. They worked until the job was finished and left no mess anywhere. Very efficient team, the two of them. Also very polite and respectful young men.Everything was back in place as I requested in my purchase contract..

Our experience with Nordik has been wonderful from start to finish. From the lovely and respectful saleswoman who visited us, to everyone else involved in the installation, we have loved everyone. If you need new windows or doors, their prices were very good and they advised us thoroughly about government rebates. They did a great job and we could not be happier!

Great services. We replaced all the windows in our house before Christmas, then two months later found one window was leaking air. The service guy Vladimir came to our house had a quick fix for our window, and he also checked all other windows for us and found one small parts of a window was missing, they created another service for us immediately. So far we had very pleasant experience with Nordik Windows. The sales representative Skylar Green, the installers, and the receptionist, all are very professional and responsive. Their windows are in high quality if you compare the ER rating with peers. I would recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Rachel came to our house and was patient with us and very knowledgeable. She set expactation around delivery and installation too. The door was ready for install about 4 weeks before we expected it, which was a nice surprise. The installation was scheduled but I had to change it...they accommodated me for this. They had to delay by a day too, but that was due to bad weather on the scheduled install day. The installers showed up on time and kept the mess to a minimum. They were friendly and quick. Had just 1 issue with them when they misplaced some parts of the door hardware. They found them and everything got done well. I would highly recommend Nordik anytime.

Amazing company! Very excellent customer service. Sales person was very nice, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, which I really respected. We ordered our new windows that very evening. The windows were ordered and were ready right on schedule. The installers replaced our windows in one day, all 12 of them. They came back the next day to finish up the sealing and trim and worked in the pouring rain and never missed a beat. They were very professional and extremely nice and considerate and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the windows is first class. The windows look great! And they are very nice. Our house is a lot less drafty and I can turn my thermostat down a notch. I Give Nordic a 10 out of 10 star rating.
