The customer service Sportfactor continues to put forth is so much appreciated. When I call whether to place an order or to pay an invoice the staff on the receiving end are always, always very friendly. Shipping is top notch with affordable shipping cost it just confirms using Sportfactor as the schools go to store.

I just started doing business with Grey at Sportfactor and it's been as advertised. He came in and showcased the products and was very honest about what would be the best value for a budget conscious school like ours. He came in personally to accept a return and the deliveries were within 48 hours like they said. They are also quick to email a response or handle an order. It definitely makes odering a hundreds times easier.

I have been using Sportfactor as the main supplier for PE equipment at our school for several years and their service has been outstanding. Orders typically arrive 24 hours after being placed, Adam and the sales team has been great helping me to find what I need he even comes all the way out to say hi on occasion just to make sure they are meeting our needs. We had a recent issue with some volleyballs that were not up to expected quality (manufacturing issue) and we got great service from Adam and Sam who helped me to warranty the defective balls and get new ones on the way immediately. I would definitely recommend Sportfactor to other AD's.

I just wanted to send a quick message about how impressed I am with my experience with SportFactor. The sales staff, Zach did a great job at answering my questions related to equipment (particularly the specifics about which size volleyball nets to order). Our facility ordered $3000 worth of equipment. The shipping was phenomenally fast— order was placed on Tuesday and it was received Thursday morning, and we're in a different province than Sport Factor. This shows how well the entire team is at providing fast and friendly service.

Sportfactor really is an amazing sports company. I am impressed with their speed of delivery on orders and they often can give customer discounts. Since ordering from them over the last 6-7 years, they have been amazing.Even if something is wrong in the order, they always seem to deal with it effectively and efficiently. Sportfactor is the Gold Standard in Athletic needs. There are many companies that have the same products but in terms of service, stock, professionalism and a pleasure to deal with no one is even close. I have used them throughout my career and they have taken over almost all of my Athletic need orders due to the impeccable service they provide. They also deserve to be recognized for all they give back in sponsoring various events and conferences. Grey Kellog is the rep I have been so fortunate to work with and have appreciated his check ins and annual visits, even we are in a neighbouring province to their headquarters.
