We have been going to Langley Orthodontist from last 3 years and has been very good experience. Since MyOrthodontist have taken over, seems like the practice is completely changed and there is no care for the older clients. Phone calls are not answered or in a very condescending manner. My kids don't want to go any more and are asking to change the clinic. Hope the service improves.

had an appt at 3:30, get in close to 4 then wait and they rush us through, seen the doctor for 2 minutes as she is rushing us out because they close at 5. They didn't prep for appt as past history was there but they didn't have medication history. I agree, they don't seem to care if you were a past patient. She couldn't take the time to explain things to our son who has ASD and needs to know why he needs braces rather than just being told he does. She was rushed and not kid friendly. I find them more All Business since they became a Corporation. Felt like we were just a paycheque.

We have been coming here for years. I find the front end staff is super friendly and always so very helpful. Both my kids say the dental staff are “nice and not rough with my teeth”. I find they are usually on time and considerate of our time. They send several reminders of your appointments. Over all I would recommend this office.

Top notch staff and a super friendly atmosphere. There's games for the kids and a beautiful office with a lot of natural light. All the staff treat the kids amazingly well and that is a huge PLUS!
