Friendly and initially professional, but now I can't get a call back, the insurance company I was recommended has refused to send payment for a car seat, and my rates seem to be a lot higher than other brokers. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been with Youngs Insurance for quite some time now, the original broker i had wasnt the best, hard to get a hold of and made some mistakes.This biggest one coming recently when I was upgrading my motorcycle and I had given her the VIN and bill if sale unsigned and asked her to 100 percent verify that it is an approved bike and that my insurance company would insure it.She assured me five times that it would be insured and I told her before I spend 11000 i need to know for sure and she reassured me it was fine.After a few weeks of being insured and having my slip she left me a voicemail telling me the insurance company is now rejecting my coverage and to stop riding immediately.The reason why I rate them a five is because after being frustrated I was connected to another broker named Steve Henderson, he was amazing he bent over backwards and focused on my issue non stop for two days straight until he found a solution for me that worked and got me covered, not only did he do that he fought with the insurance company to keep me insured until the new policy kicked in.His service and kindness were exceptional and I highly recommend that anyone going to young’s insurance requests Mr. Henderson
