I was always in love with this store my last visit to this location i got a wok with a lid and two flat grills.the store was just closing that day so we rushed. I didn’t look the lid was bent. Because of the coating on the flat grill I had to return it and of course bent lid. Customer service didn’t take back the lid saying it was my fault it’s bent. So I left it with the with out the refund and walked away. I will not recommend this because there policy is bad. I will not buy anything here again.

My go-to spot for korean ingredients, korean hot foods, and good quality sashimi/banchan to take home.

I went there for lunch today. I bought 2 lunch boxes, drinks and one box of choco pie. I went home, and i had to drive back because. They charged me 2 x choco pie box. I asked them for a refund. They asked me to wait, so they could go to check cam. Which's fine to me. But They came back to me and said I bought 2 boxes that they could print out picture from the camera and show it to me. WTH!!! I bought 1 and they have picture of what I get 2!!! Seriously, liar!!!? Go and get me that picture I said. They came 2nd time, said sorry, and gave me money back. You guys are too lazy to do your security job. Or are you too lazy to do photoshop adding another box in the picture?!!

The store itself has great products but there are some very rude (female) staff. Management needs to work on training their staff to be more pleasant, kind, and judgement free. I was not treated very kindly as I was checking out with my items and felt like the (female) staff was trying to discourage me from shopping here again. It is unfortunate that some of the staff as so rude here and make the shopping experience so dreadful since the store itself has great products.

Well stocked asian grocery store (primarily focusing on korean goods) with plenty of goodies to shop for. The produce and meats both look very fresh. While you're at it, the sushi is pretty on point considering it's grocery store sushi! You'll be able to find whatever you're looking for here

Date of Visit: May 8, 2023 approximately 6pmIssue 1: I bought 4 packs of red bean walnut cake. I did not ask for a plastic bag because I only needed to carry it to the parking lot. As soon as I left the cashier, I lost balance and all my packages fell to the floor. The staff members did not come over to assist. They stood behind me, laughed out loud, and spoke to each other in Korean. It's unbelievable that staff at this store publicly makes fun of customers.Issue 2: The red bean walnut cake was dry. If they added more vegetable oil and eggs, it would taste better.Issue 3: The layout of this store is nerve wrecking. The entry and exit is extremely inconvenient.

Excellent store for all your Korean grocery needs. They've got a decent selection of ready to eat products too. The staff is always nice and helpful

This market has always been well stocked, clean and efficient.The food and produce always appear to be fresh. I tend to go to Pat's Korean Market which is the same distance from my house really. So I don't know why I just don't come here for Korean inspired brands and foods.Anyhoo....I digress....Onto the review now.....They still have a person at the entrance to make sure you are:1) Wearing a Mask.2) That you sanitize your hands at the station before you enter.I came here for their wide assortment of amazing prepared meals to go.They are well known for their amazing Korean fried chicken etc.But I was here to pick up some Gimbap (Maki Rolls) and I ended up picking up some tempura calamari, Tangsuyuk and fried chicken pieces in the process. Man...my waistline is going to be mad at me now....The prices are outstanding in comparison to the quality and portions. Once again, it is the freshness that will wow you here. The prepared foods don't have the taste and texture of days old or frozen foods. So it is safe to assume that it was made fresh from scratch.All in all I am a happy camper here with no complaints at all.
