These guys are great, I rented bikes from them several times. Great customer service and helpful staff. They even offer local advice on routes to take for a motorcycle trip.

I had an absolutely awesome experience with the folks at Cycle BC. Great selection of bikes, and really reasonable rates. The staff was very friendly and in no time got me set up and on the road. Will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Vancouver.

Great people to deal with from A to Z. All though I didn't enjoy the bike I rented as much as I thought I would, it did not take away from the overall experience dealing with the Staff.

Rented bikes here for 4 nights for very reasonable price! Love the complimentary helmets and locks. Staff is super nice and helpful, would definitely come back again :)

A great rental bike shop. The service is friendly, speedy, and pleasant. The rate is reasonable. As I only bike occasionally, this place is the perfect solution for me.

Super biker rental. Traveled for 2 weeks in June 2022 and couldn’t fault the service. From our first day and storage of our cases to fitting equipment ( lead for my heated jacket). Excellent fitted and maintained bikes . The Chap in charge Monarch was exceptional.I can’t recommend this team enough

I would come again. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Even when I went over my time, they worked it out for me. 10/10. Rebel was a blast. The sena is a little finicky but better than nothing.

I had a horrible experience renting from this company and was discriminated against, so I had to leave this review so people don’t have to go through the same.This will be a bit lengthy, the first few parts weren’t a big deal, but I will add them to make the story sense.It was my first time travelling to Vancouver, BC, from Ontario. My license is Ontario M2, which allows me to ride any motorbike engine (no limit). However, they only allow me to rent a 500cc bike.I called a few companies that rent motorbikes, and they were flexible. But this company said it’s their company policy. Sure, whatever, no biggie.So, I paid online to book one of their motorcycles for a whole day. When I arrived, I was told that I had to deposit $2,000 (Credit Card only). The problem is that my credit card limit is $1,000, as I have a student account. They said they had mentioned it over the phone call, but that was not the case. They said it was in the email, but the email did not state the amount of $2,000, only that we would need to put in a deposit.I brought up saying that the other company I called also asked for $2,000, but I explained to them about my credit limit, and they were pretty flexible and were ok with $1,000. Hoping that they’d consider that as well cause I’ve arrived at their shop and need to start the bike rental ASAP (time was ticking).But then, this guy (who I think is the manager, I don’t know his name, but he’s the only ginger there) started to become rude to me out of nowhere and said something that was very uncalled for. He started accusing me and said, “I don’t know why you are pinning this on us and blaming us. It seems you have done this sort of stuff to other companies, too, in the past”.I was shocked and anxious about why this person became hostile towards me. I merely asked for any other alternative way, such as splitting the $1,000 between my credit and debit cards. He kept saying it could not be done, and I had to bring my friend over to process the $2,000 credit card deposit. Instead of providing me with a solution, he was extremely rude and pinned me down. I was highly uncomfortable with the way he talked down on me. I had to stand up for myself, telling him not to talk to me that way and just to be nice. I told him that was very uncalled for as I was travelling. It was my first time in BC, and wanting to rent a motorbike.A few moments later, he proposed saying, I could do half $1,000 debit and credit cards, but they’ll have to charge me a $25 fee from the debit card.I was baffled because he said earlier that it could not be done, and now he told me there is a solution. $25 was fine as long as I could get the bike on the road and off so I don’t waste more time.Anyway, I was disappointed with the way they handled a customer. It’s not just poor customer service, but you made a customer feel very discriminated against. That is worst than any poor customer handling.I hope that the management looked into this matter, and I’m happy to be contacted if you need more information.

2021. 9. I rented Triumph Tiger 1200, tour for Rocky(Jasper and Banff). Well maintained bike made me ride safe and joyful. Thanks to crew.

Just passed my Class 6 road exam after a few days of practice on a Honda CB 300F from Cycle BC.Bikes and individual safety gear were well maintained and in excellent condition, and Mike & the team were super accommodating, informative and responsive with all my questions as a new rider. I really appreciate them working with me to find suitable scheduling around my booked test date with ICBC.Will definitely be my top of mind recommendation for new & visiting riders. Thanks again!
