My first purchase on my own and without all the help Finoro provided I would have been lost! Great service and quick responses. They let me customize anything at minimal cost and what fun I had with the Sales Manager picking colours! Beware --- Vikki likes taupe! lol! Thank you all at Finoro! I love my house :-)

I would like to thank Finoro Homes for making my move to my new home a very pleasant one. The first people I dealt with were Vikki and Bonnie at the Woodstock sales office. They were great and extremely helpful. Making decision on interior decor is not easy and Vikki had very good insight into what they offered and what looked good with what. She very quickly understood my style and led me in the right direction. Very pleased with the final look. I only had one small hitch with my move, there was a going to be a delay in the delivery of my appliances. Danny Finoro took it to task to ensure that I got my appliances when I moved in so that I was not without. Would I recommend this builder to my friends.....the answer is yes.

We purchased a home from Danny Finoro in 2012 and did not have a single problem with the buying, upgrading or finishing process. If any problem arose they were very quick to come and fix the issue.The process was so enjoyable that when health issues made it difficult to climb stairs in our two story townhouse, we sold it and bought a new one floor bungalow semi detached house from Finoro Homes! We have been very happy with the two properties purchased from Finoro Homes and would advise anyone to talk to Vickie about buying your next home from Finoro Homes. If we are ever in the market for a new home again, we would definitely purchase another Finoro built home.

Hi, we just wanted to thank Finoro for the lovely bungalow that his company built for my husband & I in the Devonshire site in Woodstock. I called it my Gingerbread home because the street view of it was so cute. We had no problem at all with our upgrades and Danny even made a couple of suggestions that made them even better. Vikki was VERY patient with us/me when trying to decide on colours and Steve, the Site Super was a lot of fun and VERY helpful. It was such a good experience that, after 3 years, when we wanted to scale down a bit, we didn't even go shopping for another builder, we purchased one of Finoro's classy bungalow townhomes in the same sub-division and, again, everything went smoothly and was a great experience. When any warranty problem was encountered in either of our 2 homes, it was dealt with in a professional and expedient way. So, thanks to all Finoro staff for the quality & professionalism that was provided to us.

I purchased a home recently with Finoro Custom Homes in the Elmira area, for my growing family. As a licensed mortgage broker, I am someone who pays very close attention to detail and I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the process of meeting with Vikki to select our colors and products but watching the build come together. The superintendent, Pete, has also been very accommodating in allowing me to enter the home prior to possession for my separate contractors to take measurements on various areas inside the home. Most importantly, Pete took us through the entire house for our PDI to inspect every area of the home and to make sure that it was up to our standards. Everything that needed to be corrected or fixed (which was a short list), was completed. The Experience after closing has also been enjoyable. The customer service rep, Nicole has been very helpful in delegating any small requests that I had. I have now been in my new home for almost 4 weeks and my wife and I couldn't be happier! So disappointed with the post sale customer service. We have been waiting for our grass to be delivered and installed for way over a year now. Our yard is overrun with the tallest crop of unsightly weeds & it is the messiest one on the block. It is a constant battle to keep everything clean with the stubborn clay that tracks everywhere.No response from the builder despite several pleas from us. Very sad.Beware when the builder promises to include things when you purchase your house. You could be stuck in the most embarrassing place you have ever lived in - like we are. Our house is well built, but if the yard is not finished - it is difficult to be proud of it. This is unacceptable.It seems the competition’s sales have been up this summer. Isn’t it fortunate for them that my beautiful yard is directly located across from their sales office?What a sales tool - Beware of buying a Finoro Home or you could be stuck with no landscaping for an eternity like the poor people across the street.

We had an excellent experience with Finoro Homes. Two years in and we are still very pleased with our owning experience. Vikki is friendly, helpful and her knowledge is on point. Nicole and Pete are always eager to solve any issues or answer any questions. Their customer service is fantastic and our home is well built. Our next home will be Finoro.

One of the most helpful and genuine teams I have ever worked with! I brought my clients in September 2019 while they were considering other houses in the area. Vikki, Bonnie, and the site supervisor Steve are among the friendliest people I have met. They worked with my clients right from the beginning and even gave them tips about city permits etc, long AFTER my clients had moved into their new home. This builder gives you great square footage and layout for the price, too! And their service team in their central office is also very pleasant and professional whenever I or my clients call in!

FINORO HOMES is by far the highest quality builder in Ontario that I know and I had dealt with many!! This builder said YES to my entire wishlist and made my forever home a reality.
