We recently needed the services of a plumbing company and being new homeowners I wasn't sure on who to call. I have heard the Stairs name many times in the past and figured I would give them a try. And I am so pleased that I did use them for our plumbing problems. They were very professional in their work, cleaned up any mess that was from cleaning out pipes and such. and the price was definately very reasonable since they did have quite a time cleaning things out.Thanks to Stairs things are flowing very smoothly again.

Have had my 2 ductless splits cleaned and new air exchanger purchased and installed through EG Stairs in the last 12 months. Stairs is always quick to do the job, best price in town, quality friendly service and pleasant to deal with. They really cleaned the ductless wall units and the difference in air flow is crazy! I recommend an annual or bi-annual scrubbing by them.

I used their services to diagnose a complex HVAC issues that another HVAC company in the region failed to fix and quite literally gave up after 3 visits.The technician (Alex I believe) was very polite, took the time to listen to the whole story**, and was able to fix the issue. I can't say that it was an easy or quick fix as it took time to diagnose, but it was what I would consider a unique complex and intermittent issue on a brand they do not sell.I am very pleased with his expertise and I am more than happy to vouch for their expertise with residential HVAC systems.(I can't speak just yet about value or price since I have yet to receive a final invoice)** By the time E G Stairs were involved, I had blown 3 Nest thermostat and had serious overheating issues with an Ecobee, spend about 15 hours with tech support from both Nest and Ecobee, and had another HVAC company attending 3 times with no success. It was a messy situation to step into.

Two years ago, E G Stairs' staff installed an electric boiler (replaced my very old model), two new mini-split heat pumps and a toe kick' heater. Anthony was the sales representative who provided excellent solutions with sound advice. The installation was completed by E G Stairs technical staff who were very professional and competent in their respective trades. I have been very happy with the installations and continue to call on E G Stairs for on-going preventive maintenance (cleaning the mini-splits). Pricing was very reasonable and you are certain to get good results. I always recommend E G Stairs to friends."

Great work done by the guys at E.G. Stairs yesterday. Fujitsu 3 head unit installed just before another 100 degree scorcher today. Nice and cool inside now!

Had E.G. Stairs in twice to fix my Geo Thermal Furnace. Both times they have proven to be very knowledgeable and efficient. The technicician that came to my house advised me step by step of what he was doing and what he had to do to repair my issues. He also explained how the system operates to me and what I need to do to help stay efficient. Great company has my recommendation.

Kind of comical a couple of the google reviews appear to be from one of their own plumbing/heating specialists. Nothing like pumping your own tires! Regardless I've used EG Stairs several times to service my electric boiler -- their hourly rate is on the high side but in all my experiences I have found them to be efficient, friendly and professional.

VERY BAD/RUDE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Very high prices they charge per hour ($90s), you have to pay for their travel time to and from their shop, and truck usage fee. They tell you they do not stock your parts so the worker will have to leave the job to shop for parts in town, and that is on your time of at least half hour to one hour, depends on where you live from the parts supply shop. A minor job can easily run for few hundred dollars.Also, very inflexible with the payment methods.

Had two new toilets installed. The work was done quickly and all old material removed. Joe worked quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have him work in my home

Customer service was great, the technicians were awesome. Gave me helpful tips and information. They were here within hours and had the problem detected and fixed. Thank you E G Stairs...awesome job, totally recommend
