The pizza has improved a bunch over the 4 months and the staff are always very pleasant!! And they are quick as in 15 minutes.

My family have been very satisfied at the quality of product and the great customer service from Brentwood Sarpino's. Our orders are at the busy times on the weekend. This must be difficult to balance front counter, cook and delivery driver with the staffing issues that businesses are having to operate under. The owner cooked and delivered our pizza! That shows a tremendous amount of dedication to the success of his family business. Balance is extremely difficult under these circumstances.Thank you for your great pizza's.

Update, on June 14/22 the owners have announced this business is permanently closed.***********************Ordered within the first couple months they were open and again in Feb/22. Great variety of ingredients but the pizza was just C grade, satisfactory but no competition to the others already established in town in my opinion. The crust & ingredients lacked distinct flavour or texture. May have been that both times are pizza was under a heat lamp for 10 mins. before we could get it? Did not reheat well, was hard & flavourless.Both times we ordered, the phone went unanswered, & online deals were unavailable in store. In fairness, the clerk used call display to call back. But ordering was slow & cumbersome.The store needs more staff to run efficiently. Both times there was 1 in-store staff & 1 driver. Both times the one staff on-site was on lengthy calls with customers who had complaints. It didn't leave a favourable impression.Its evident they're trying, but for me the missed the mark. I shared all of this with head office by email before posting, so they could provide the franchisee feedback. I hope they succeed. Personally my business would go to Bicycle, Peninsula or Keating Pizza first.

Fantastic customer service! The store manager really cares and went above and beyond ..personally delivered hot pizza and boneless bites .we really enjoyed our dinner. I like that the pizza is not greasy and good topping ratio right to the crust Thank you for the fabulous lemon cheesecake

Fabulous perfectly cooked pizza. Awesome management! Ordered a pizza online with two toppings. Pizza came without toppings. Called store. Manager pointed out that I may have clicked the wrong box when ordering toppings online. He still offered to make a new pizza for us! And delivered in 30 minutes. We tried to tip the driver again but he refused it. Pizza was excellent! This is our go to pizza shop! Thankyou for your fabulous pizza and outstanding service.

We really enjoyed the Italian Deli pizza. Probably the best pizza we’ve had in recent memory. Fantastic marinara sauce. Ordered online and the pizza was ready promptly at the correct time. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Super disappointed with delivery service and customer service over the phone. Pizza showed up over an hour late, cold and missing add-ons that I had already paid for. I called the restaurant and was told that I would be “called back” and the person just hung up the phone. I have also emailed the company and have not received a response. I can appreciate staffing shortages and that it was probably busy, but no one has acknowledged the issue or tried to rectify the situation.
