My husband and I just sold our home and we could not be happier about the entire experience. There was no question that we would use the Blair Team for the second time and within a month our house was sold! They took care of everything from using a professional photographer to booking all showings and coordinating all the fine details. They explained things very well and made selling your home the least stressful experience possible. They care about their customers. We are so happy and grateful for Darcy and Nicole! There aren't enough stars to show how awesome Nicole and Darcy were during the selling of our old house and through the purchase of our new dream home. Nicole is a straight shooter. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her black and white approach. Darcy is calm, cool and collected at all times. They were more than happy to answer every question and address every concern we had with pure professionalism. With the Blairs, it's far more than just a business deal. My wife and I were quite nervous about selling our country home that we had lived in for 43 years BUT all that disappeared when we met Nicole and Darcy. They are so good at looking after their clients that one becomes friends with them almost immediately and with the rest of their team ( thanks Morgan for watching our every step) we had a very easytime of the whole experience - selling our property and the buying of a new location. Highly recommend them as they are skilled, professionals who really do enjoy the real estate business and have a genuine love of looking after their clients.

If I could give Darcy and Nicole more stars I would. They are a dream team and made the entire process of buying my first home extremely easy and fun. Every question I had was answered immediately, viewing were easy to set up, they made it fun to go look at houses, their whole team is perfect. They have multiple people for every step of the way so you never feel pressured into just one person doing the job (ie home inspection, lawyers, etc). I will strongly recommend them to absolutely anyone interested in buying a home that want a group of people passionate about what they do, with an immense amount of knowledge and care for their clients.
