My wife loves diamonds but wanted something custom so it was different than any other ladies ring so we fashioned two different rings together and completely customized it and Heather and her staff blew us away with the quality , providing us with documentation from the Canadian diamond company, certificate of authenticity an excellent price , and on top of it all the one week fast service turnaround was unbelievable . I highly recommend Ron Henry jewellers .

Having lost my engagement ring, thankfully my insurance covered replacement value. It came from Ron Henry Jewellers in 1982. It was more than ‘fitting’, to return and choose a ring. Heather, owner of the establishment, not only knew me through my sisters, she was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing rings to me. Her findings and beautiful array of choices for me, were mind-boggling. I love my ring, especially the lovely diamond. Great customer service!!! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have many jewellery lines to choose from and different price points. Something for everyone. Love this store, will definitely be a return customer.

Tried to sell me a smaller, lower quality engagement ring for triple the price of what I ended up getting. Thier sales representative made multiple rude and inappropriate comments towards my fiancee, her engagement ring, and a family heirloom ring she had brought in for tightening. We have been in to this place twice and that was two too many times. Never again.

Ron Henry Jewellers is the only place my husband and I shop. I have so many gorgeous pieces with the help of Heather and Lee-Ann. I absolutely love my diamonds and rubies. It’s like visiting with friends whenever I am in. I highly recommend!

The customer service was uncomfortable, it felt as though the staff were uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. I eventually found a pair of earrings by Pandora, I completed my purchase and left. As I was leaving the other staff member stared me down. I came back a few hours later and returned the earrings.

Ron Henry’s has always been a pleasure to deal with. Recently they managed to replace the battery in my Dad’s old, cracked watch without it breaking further; something they warned me could happen with the existing damage. I appreciated the heads up and was happy with the turnaround time in these uncertain times.

Excellent service from start to finish. I dropped off an old watch that has been in the family for a long time. It was missing a band and needed repair. I provided a photo of what the old band looked like. Lee Anne and Nancy managed to find a perfect matching band and the watch was also repaired even though parts were unavailable. Lee Anne also kept me up to date on the repairs and price every step of the way. I highly recommend this Jeweller.
