Very helpful and professional. I needed a convertible transported about 160 kms. Although I did find it expensive, I do feel it was worth it. The driver did a great job and was very careful not to damage the car, as it is very low to the ground and getting it onto the flatbed was not a simple task. I hope I don't need this done again, but if I do, I would contact them again.

Have been using them to move around my stuff for a long time now. Definitely would recommend them over everybody. Larry is always fast at picking up the phone and is very fast to dispatch someone to come help you no matter what your situation might be. Tow truck operater Brad is awesome to work with and can Impressively move just about anything you give him.

Was on a road trip and had to call as I had locked my keys inside my car with my dog inside. They arrived very quickly, and got the car open within seconds. Larry was so personable and understanding that it made me feel much better about a stressful and embarrassing situation. Thank you so much!

Don't use these people, keep looking for a company that will actually help you.We were stranded in the woods and this place advertises that they have all the wonderful recovery gear to help...We called and left messages as their Google presence says they're open 24 hours... They not only didn't answer their phone at all, but never returned our calls either...If you go on the website, it says don't call them any time other than Monday to Friday 8 to 4 or something similar.Dumbest thing I've ever heard of for a towing company.

Fantastic service! Called to book a tow and they were absolutely fantastic and very courteous and reassuring. Arrived early but called beforehand to make sure I was ready and even brought me a coffee! Took good care of my car and got her on the flatbed and delivered her to the mechanic for me. Upbeat and friendly service that made me feel comfortable. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them!

These guys helped us in a pinch. All other towing company's locally said 7 hr wait time. Our trailer blew leaf springs and tires gone. In the middle of the convoy protest on one of the worst highways. You guys and girls at Bartletts towing are the real heroes who saved the day.

Bartlett's Towing is a business with an excellent reputation in North Bay. Their staff have a lot of specialty training which makes them a sought-after one-stop shop" for all your towing needs. In my experience we got three heavy fleet vehicles stuck in the bush when the ground thawed to create mud and froze to lock our hubs so our wheels wouldn't spin. A group of skilled drivers tried for hours

Iv called Bartlett's over the years because the service and friendliness cannot be beaten. When I was a 18 year old kid (quite a way back) I happened to ditch a company truck in a snow storm on my way back home. I didn't call Bartlett's but they pulled over beside me and pulled me out when they seen me. I was shook up and panicked, offering to pay and the driver told me not to worry about it and to be safe. He wished me a merry Christmas and made sure the truck was ok then went on his way. I haven't ever forgotten this, year after year it comes to my mind when I see the snow fall. Great people, great business and a good memory.

Went to pick up company van using a U-Haul trailer at local dealership in North Bay. They told us the van was drivable. Checked with service they said van was not drivable transmission issues. Asked if they could help me put it on the U Haul trailer they refused.My boss called Bartlett's towing. Lucas loaded the van on a flatbed then backed up to the U-Haul trailer and loaded it perfectly on the U-Haul trailer.Lucas waited till I strapped down the van on the trailer.Made sure I was good to go. Big thank you to Lucas and Bartlett's towing.
