John was amazing from the very start of our enchanted forest experience till the moment I got my prints and there after. He goes above and beyond expectations in every way, and adds so many little thoughtful details. He was very professional and attentive when I reached out to first enquire. Then the day my daughter and I showed up for the shoot, he made her feel so comfortable and confident that the finished products were beyond my expectations (my daughter can be very shy). I highly recommend him for any photograph needs you may have!

We had an amazing experience with John during our child’s “Days on the Dock” photo session. He was very personable, patient and kind to our three year old. The props and backdrop were beautiful and really made our son believe he was in a magical forest instead of a studio. John is truly a professional and we look forward to working with him again.

In May of 2022, my family, including my parents, brother, sister-in-law, and children, had an amazing outdoor photo session with John Wills. John met us at my parents place out in the country. He arrived early to preview the property, set up, and provide his recommendations for the best shots. He was friendly, supportive, and encouraging during the entire 90-minute shoot. He accommodated a variety of shots, settings, and groupings for our family of 9 and our smaller families of 2, 3 and 5. He even survived the intense mosquitoes with few complaints. The final products were superb and surpassed our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We highly recommend John Wills Photography. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

The Santa experience was spectacular. The kids are still talking about it and it’s been over a month since we had the photos done. John is really great and was able to work with the kids to get some amazing photos. Santa was able to answer all the kids questions, even though they were endless. The photo album we bought is just beautiful. I would strongly recommend this experience as it really brought Santa to life for the kids and has made a beautiful memory for all of us.

We were so excited to bring John's magical fairy experience to our granddaughter and he did not disappoint! Our Emma was memorized by the stage, the setup and John had her attention immediately. He provided a comforting and professional environment for her while capturing beautiful poses. Not an easy feat to keep the attention of a 3 year old! I had the pleasure of working with John recently, as I needed some pictures for my Coaching website. Through all of our correspondence leading up to the actual photo shoot, John was so patient with me as I fired all sorts of questions his way. It was important to me to get these pictures just right, because I wanted potential clients to be able to see the real me - not a dressed up, made up, posed version of me but rather someone who they would actually feel comfortable with.I shared my ideas with John, and he ran with it. He picked the perfect spot (think beautiful trees, a river, lovely wooden buildings). He even provided me with pointers ahead of time such as clothing colors, number of outfits to bring, size/type of jewellery and more. On the day of the photo shoot, John immediately put me at ease with his easy-going ways and great sense of humor – there were a LOT of laughs! And the resulting photos? They were just what I had wanted! John captured me exactly as I had hoped….the real me, in nature, just loving life.There is a reason this man has won so many awards!!!
