Mya is the kindest, most respectful and helpful, customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She took such care with explaining what was happening to my phone, when I had to upgrade. She was so efficient not only was she serving me but scanning and stocking her new inventory that came in, at no time did I feel neglected. She was always checking in, to ensure me that everything was working. She even had a customer who waited just to have her help him, even though the manager was available. It just speaks volumes to her professionalism. If I could have given a tip $ that day, I would have. But this is the best TIP I can leave. Fido you are extremely lucky to have an employee like Mya..Who shows that she enjoys her work and is very knowledgeable. Thank you for the best customer service ever.

I have had an amazing experience with Arham Mohammad in this location. I was having an issue with my order online, and Arham went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He is thorough with the changes in my account. He walked me through all the details and informed me of what to expect in my next bill. I've been with Fido for 19 years and have had some good CSR who had helped me over the years but there are also those ones that are frustrating but today, Arham demonstrated why I'm a loyal Fido customer inspite of the issue that I had to deal with. Also, all the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I'm a very happy customer today ☺️
