I accidentally broke my glasses and was able to get a new pair of frames and lenses here on the same day. There were some issues with the lenses that required some adjustments but the staff worked to fix it, even after closing hours. Very pleased with the customer service I received and love my new glasses.

The eyeglass was perfect , this shop just need patent. They did really amazing job .

The manager of this place is awesome, welcomes you with a smile. The staff was very polite and patient with me, enduring all my numerous questions. They had a wide variety/range of frames for me to select from (from high end to low end). I will definitely return to this place and also recommend them to all my friends and family.

Came here with a prescription Said what my budget was And got what I wanted I was very impressed glasses were ready in less then three hours. Amazing service. My first time getting glasses I was impressed buy this service amazing !!

I have never seen an optometrist so rude and impatient, and made me feel so uneasy. He has no sympathy and patience for a patient like me who has high prescription and unable to respond to the test quickly. I went there just because it's near where I live. The unkind doctor then refused to continue the test and told me to go elsewhere! Of course I will after being treated so disrespectfully. I asked for his name and ID to report his unprofessional behavior to the OMA but he didn't want to give his name and ID.

I purchased really lovely prescription glasses here at deeply discounted prices for my very elderly mom on 2 occasions. The first was the year before covid and she went in for an eye test in a wheelchair with no problems. Dr was patient and very helpful. Sales /service person another gem of a person and gave us 2 for 1 flat discounted price. Glasses were perfect without mom having to even come in for pickup and ready very fast. Then recently both were lost at hospital and in transitory care home due to covid. The 2nd time I just ordered for her by phone and they sent them directly to her new LTC home address right away! The staff were blown away and Mom got back to her books, newspaper and TV which keeps her busy and happy as she is stuck in her room. Very helpful to not only mom, but staff and family. Thank you Rockwood Optical and especially to the man who helped us directly. He’s always there!

Absolutely the place I will go for glasses forever. The African guy that works there is the kindest sweetest man and works with you for the coverage you have. Great selection of frames and brands. Trust me, this is ur new glasses place.
