A small terminal but I do like it. The waiting room is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that there is no vending machine or place to get food anymore.

Had the pleasure watch the ferry staff attempt to get all the vehicles on the ferry. It was a game of Tetris. They were very patient and worked like a week oiled machine. Mega props to the staff.

Great trip on the Satish Raven! Beautiful new vessel with a large capacity for vehicles. Nice cafeteria, excellent seating outdoors and indoors with computer areas and a children's play area. I was also impressed with the cleanliness.

One small concession stand. Large hill to maneuver if your a foot passenger. Clean bathroom/waiting area.

Always great to use the BC ferries great experience . I really wish it was not so expensive the prices need to be adjusted . I know a lot of people dont leave Vancouver island because of this issue and miss out seeing the beautiful smaller islands like pender and so many others .
