Good menu selection. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Garlic naan and Kulcha was soft, Fluffy and fresh.

So we've been ordering from here for a couple years now. 9 times out of 10 it's really good, but one time the chicken in our butter chicken tasted very strongly of lighter fluid. We thought it was a fluke so kept ordering after that. Then when we ordered again recently, the garlic naan had that same strong lighter fluid odor. We had to throw it out. Anyone know why this is or had something similar happen? I want to like this place and for it to be consistent but idk anymore.

My wife and I came here for a random dinner. I used to eat here over 10 years ago and everything was just as I remember. Food is delicious, portions are good for the price and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back again!!

If you wake up the next day thinking how delicious the food was...its likely a good sign! I had the combination plate for $21. Excellent assortment of different dishes and tandoori roasted chicken. Friendly staff, neighborhood feel, unpretentious. I cant wait to go back.

Very mixed opinion. The food was delicious--freshly baked roti, very colorful, well garnished biryani. Palak chicken and vindaloo were both very good. But the portion sizes really don't match the price. For around $16 per dish, you would expect the bowl to be bigger than your palm, or at least have naan or rice already included. Service was not great either. We came in for a late lunch at around 1:30, and there was only one other table with guests. Despite this, we still waited more than 20 minutes for just 4 dishes, which were of disappointing quantity as already mentioned. Overall I would recommend this place for first-comers, otherwise you can get more for your money at other places.

The food is always fresh and authentic. Been coming here for years. The portions are small but typical at a “fine-dining” Indian place.Waiters are very very courteous and friendly. I recommend the vegetable korma, lamb curry, palak paneer and garlic naan. The vegetable pakora is ok. The fish pakora is ok. Indian fries were good. The chicken tika is so so — bit dry. We always get them but they seem to vary each time. You need at least one dish per person with naan or Palau/rice and shared appy.The masala chai was ok, a bit pricey ($3.5) for what it was. However the desserts were all excellent- tried them all.Seems to be lots of (free) street parking all along.

Firstly, Original Tandoori Kitchen is a great restaurant that is near to me and meets my taste. It has an excellent food service with vegan and non-vegan options. I love to order fish curry, meat curry, Chilli paneer, and Chilli chicken. Apart from this, Simranjeet is a very friendly and humble person who works as a chef there. Whenever I have to take out my order I rarely call at the front desk, I directly call to him. Although, he is always busy with his work never hesitates to pick up my call while working. He prepares my order within the time frame in which I want and according to my taste. I appreciate his work and kindness for me.
