Just like any wood yard center, Service is always very slow. Seems like the front desk and the pickup at the back are two different business's. Communication is bad. The staff was still very nice. I just feel these stores are still stuck in the 1980's for service.

By far the best hardware store! Staff very helpful and know their stuff. They don't run away from customers as we always experience at other hardware stores. They take the time needed for you to find the right product required for the job.

The staff at this store are fabulous. Fast, friendly service in both French and English. Their website needs work though. When searching in English version and click on the item, it switches to the French home screen. Really frustrating website, but wonderful store.

Depends on the staff. Sometimes they will forget that customers exist and have you stand at the cash, while both cashier figure out how to clean up dust under the cash. Some even acknowledge your existence with their eyes and still don't go back to their cash to serve you rather than finish a conversation.

Horrible customer services by some people, mostly by managers! They are doing you a favour to sell their stuff, they play around with prices and shows the items on different prices and then answer you I don’t care that’s not the price do whatever you want ! I’ve never had such a horrible attention anywhere, I rather going to Canadian tire wich is beside… hope you fired the manager because she doesn’t have idea of customer service! If I would threat anyone in my area the way she threat me oh boy trust me I will be so fired ! Hope valleyfield open more stores so people doesn’t have to go to that horrible store anymore !!!
