Kirmac Collision & Autoglass

I recently took my Jeep to Kirmac for a windshield replacement and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Stan helped me sort out my paperwork and answered all my questions about the process. He even had my Jeep ready earlier than expected. He was helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. I am very appreciative of the fantastic customer service I received. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and service!

I was in a collision with a bear. The customer service here was super accommodating they took care of all the repairs and even added new windshield wipers and a cleaning. Kazim helped me he was super nice sweet guy!

I brought my car here after a hit and run. At first it was quite an easy process with good communication and service. I had Adel helping me and he was quite knowledgeable and very good with communicating what was happening with my car. I was told it would be about a week for repairs. It took two weeks which is fine I came to get my car to find out there is a piece on back order which is totally understandable. After going home, I noticed Grey Paint splatter on the front of my white car I had not addressed this as I was going to let them know when I came back for the other part, fast forward a month I didn't hear anything I have called 3 days ago as I was selling my car and didn't hear anything back. Still no response so I've had to take a loss on the sale of my car as the trim was still noticeably damaged waiting for Kirmac and they are the ones who damaged the trim while removing the door. The trim was not damaged during the hit and run :)

Great shop. I was super happy with the work they did on my Subaru. And they went above and beyond, I was not expecting them to clean my interior! Also very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment.

We took our 2018 Accord to this location for a Honda warranty roof repaint due to peeling paint. It was a very involved job, needing all glass removed. Supply chain issues, holiday season and pandemic issues resulted in an almost month long stay at Kirmac. Unavoidable. The staff was excellent. We got the car back two days ago. I’m extremely pleased with the quality. I’d not hesitate to use Kirmac again. And a big thumbs up to the manager, Kazim Naulakhai for his courtesy and professionalism.

This isn’t your average review for a collision repair company. This is a story of how the staff at the RidgeMeadows Kirmac went above and beyond in a way that truly made a difference when it counted most for me. You see, I’ve got a well driven older car that I’m preparing to sell and most people told me not to waste my time fixing it up. I don’t knowanything about cars but I started watching YouTube and dismantling things on my own. Realizing I had gotten in over my head I took my car, Maggie as I call her, to Kirmac to seeIf they could help me finish the job. They could have turned me away, shamed me for attempting to do the job on my own or made me feel bad about slowly bringing in missing parts over the course of a week. Instead Kazim and Trevor treated me with patience, kindness and compassion. As a female attempting to navigate car things in a male dominated industry, I was both embarrassed to ask for, and worried about how to receive the help I needed. These guys made me feel safe and valued, even if the job I was asking of them was unorthodox. That says a lot about a company and the people who work there. Little did these guys know- getting this car put back together has a far greater significance to me than just completing a to-do list. More than doing a great job with the work, they met me without prejudice when they easily could have turned me away. How you treat people matters; this is a company I feel good about recommending to my closest friends and family. Thank you!!

I can't speak highly enough of the service that I received from Kirmac Ridge Meadows. They recently painted my Honda Fit as part of a warranty claim. The initial inspection was done in my driveway. How convenient was that?Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The car was returned to me looking like new and far cleaner on the inside than when they had received it.
