I Love Best Buy! Our experience was top notch right from the moment we walked in the door! Bill Watt was knowledgeable, friendly and fun! Our home arrived on time and exactly what we ordered! The set up crew was also amazing and helpful and our home was finished set up and move in ready in 4 days!! We could not be happier with our home and with our Best Buy experience!

Would not recommend best buy homes to anyone. House arrived 5 months late and with deficiencies. Have been trying to get some defects repaired for over a year still have not been successful. Once the home arrived our salesman's basically left us high and dry saying it was no longer Best Buy's problem to help us with the defects.

The staff, especially Denise, has been super helpful and efficient with answering all of our questions.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about what they are selling and the homes were very nice.

Best Buy Homes hired me(Alberta Best Pressure Washing) to wash a couple Homes of theirs,and I have to say they take pride in their homes that they sell,and absolutely awesome staff.

Toured a few of the modular homes. These could serve as a cottage. Smaller ones do not have full insulation though, so would not be suitable in Winter in Alberta.

Well we had a great experience shopping and with sales until our unit was paid then the nightmare started. At this point customer service stopped completely.. Our salesmen out of Red Deer spoke poorly of us to our delivery driver which is unacceptable (and obviously the driver didn’t share the same opinion as he straight up told us what was said), on top of that the items we were promised by sales when purchasing did not get done..We’ve now been fighting with service for nearly 2 years to finish the promised repairs (even with the written emails from sales stating these things would be done)... and still no plan of action..Barb (the Service Manager) straight up reads my emails and doesn’t respond to them (this I know because they have called the contractor while still at my place to complain and put the blame on him) which let me tell you it isn’t the contractors fault they can’t order the proper items for him to complete his work. They are continuously trying to put the blame on anyone but themselves!I hate having to air my dirty laundry like this but we are beyond frustrated and don’t know where else to go from here since they refuse to follow through!This company is terrible to deal with and I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
