Denovo Window & Door

Les Jackson did a great job working around my hectic schedule. He worked fast and carefully. He made sure to inspect and repair the mounting plates for my windows. Also he ensured that I had everything I needed to claim my energy rebate. I am grateful that Les made sure he left the job site clean so my puppy didn't eat anything he shouldn't.

A little late for sure. I had windows installed awhile back and to this day when I look at two of them I still see yellow glue remnants on them. It bugs the hell outta me. Also, that triple plated window is a gimmick, they had a setup in their store but it does not help any. Would I recommend them....? No I would not!

Good windows but a quickie" install with poor weather sealing. Only 1" of expanding foam sealant installed in 3.5" wall casing to savea minor amount of install time. All installed windows get frost buildup along the casing edges as not enough foam insulation applied. Then it melts and leaves water staining. I'm going to have to pull all the trim mouldings off every new we Dow and re-foam the partially filled cavities to properly insulate them to keep the cold out. Hoping I can not damage the mouldings and reuse them. Nice people but corners were cut during the install that defeat the point of buying high R value windows if they're not going to properly insulate the frame. The new door they sold us and installed has frost buildup on the inside of the frame when it's cold - the original 1970's door never had that problem.I know it will be quicker for me to take things apart and redo the insulation job myself than to ever to get them to come back and do it properly - they're "too busy"..."

I had a new front door installed in 2019, and I couldn’t recommend Denovo enough. Every step of the way was professional, thorough, and clean. I was also exceptionally, unnecessarily rude several times and was met with nothing but grace and politeness.The door they were replacing was a messy horrible job and they left my place clean (much cleaner than what they started with…) and the door still looks and functions great.The money was so well spent and the only thing I would have done differently is appreciated the exceptional service at the time. They were assigned to replace my windows from the strata, first thing I noticed is how unprofessional and dirty they were. On the website it mentions that the workers will start preparing your home by covering walkways" which did not happen at all. Instead

We recently had the Denovo team install two new sliders and new front entrance door at our home. The installation team was not only punctual and approachable they were great problem solvers - they encountered some rot around one of the sliders and remedied the situation with a minimum of delay. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves!We've already had them quote on re/re other windows in our home.Many thanks to Lonny and Ben and the team.

Excellent service and extremely competent installers

Every step of the process with Denovo was absolutely first rate service. Window installers are busy right now and it's easy to find other companies that take advantage of the demand by cutting corners and providing cut rate customer service. Not Denovo, everyone there from their admin to their installers are courteous, caring and professional. If you only care about the cheapest quote you get for windows or doors you will have an absolute nightmare dealing with some of the competition. So annoyed we couldn't be bothered. Our interactions started off well, they were prompt to come out for a quote, and they we heard nothing. So I followed up , turns out they lost our quote. So we rebooked for another one. Then they didn't bother to write down the date or time and called to leave a message to ask if i would call them back with the appointment time because they couldn't remember what they had booked. Inspires zero confidence- didn't even bother to call them back.

Denovo replaced 18 windows, two sliding glass doors and a front door. The service and product were excellent from start to finish. The installers were polite, clean, and on-time. Lonny was responsive to our many questions and made sure that we received the install when promised. Certainly beats the other local company that ghosted us after issuing a quote!Thanks Denovo! You made an expensive and stressful job as painless as possible. Will recommend you to all of my friends and family.
