I called Mazda Finance service on April 13 afternoon around 14h. The representative sounds not friendly and not really helpful. She didn't not even want to answer your question.I don't feel that I was well respected.

When the replacement car which I ordered from the Mazda Dealership did not arrive in time, they gladly extended my lease contract for several times. Lionel was extremely helpful in the process going above and beyond his call duties to assist me.

A great big thank you to Fangna, who handled my file at Canadian Dealer Lease Services Inc this past fall. As unpleasant as it is to tend to the details of a car accident, Fangna was there to help me as much and as often as I needed. He was available, friendly, informative, patient, attentive and immediately acted on concerns with my insurance adjuster. I felt fully supported by Fangna as he worked to close the claim file. Very much appreciated, Fangna!!!

Terrible Staff, Super impatient, Didnt even bother to understand my situation, and turned me away when I tried to attain a lien release letter for a vehicle I just purchased in full price, Backstory : the previous owner had sold the vehicle to me; previously leased, they are unable to attain a lien release when they called because he was told that the current owner needs to call themselves to attain one. I will definitely avoid buying a car from anyone that associates with them

Amazing service. I called on a weekly basis for months cause of my accident. My insurance company made everything impossible when it came to giving the cheque after my accident, but everyone at the Canadian Dealer Lease Service was amazing. They were very helpful. They even contacted my insurance company for me. Tracked the lost and missing cheque. When the cheque finally arrived after 3 months they did everything the same day for me. Amazing service. If only everything else was that easy.

I've leased several vehicles and never had to interact with CDLSI until recently. I called in as I received a letter in the mail to submit my insurance info as they had not received info of that renewal. Having never received a similar letter in past years and with all the fraud schemes I merely called to ensure it was a legit request. The CS agent was very helpful, reassuring, provided the email to submit proof of insurance and within no time I reveived confirmation their records were updated. They were quick and efficient in a world where CS wait times have become annoyingly long

I was worried about rapidly approaching lease-off date but was discussing he new lease with a dealership. Person who received a call was totally kind and give me an exact info how not to worry about the extension, and process to do so. She was professional, patient and kind. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. End of term vehicle inspection was a breeze and agent was very efficient , knowledgeable and. Informative. Was sick and unable to deal with /visit the Volvo dealership so they were very kind by extending my lease until I got better. Would highly recommend CDLSI to anyone.

After leasing for decades, the last 2 years I’ve been getting a letter saying I have to provide proof of insurance. And when I didn’t provide the insurance they sent a letter saying I am in default…but they make no reference to a specific clause in the agreement.The lease agreement doesn’t say I have to send proof annually. It says I have to keep the insurance coverage I initially provided proof of when I leased the car. And as it is clearly documented on my policy, my insurance policy automatically renews each. The only way that changes is if I call to cancel the insurance…but I can’t do that without notifying the leasing company 15 days prior that I am cancelling. I asked to speak to someone in the legal department and they wouldn’t do that. Just another poorly run company making the consumer jump through hoops unnecessarily.
