Urban Rubber Paving

Sent an inquiry online, no reply. I called the phone number posted in their website and spoke with a guy and asked me to send him a picture of the job to be done so I did. Four days after, I called to follow up but no answer, I texted and got no response. A very unprofessional way of doing business in my opinion.Fortunately, I closed the deal with other company who responded to my inquiry instantly with fair pricing. I will never ever recommend Urban Rubber Paving to anyone. Sorry

From my initial conversations with Len to the final install, we had very professional service. Len initially came out to give us a quote and recommended a colour that he thought would match our house. He gave us some addresses of previous installs so we could go and check them out.They fit us into the schedule before the end of the season and did a very professional job. The rubber was put above our crumbling asphalt driveway and it looks terrific Many of our neighbours stopped by to comment and compliment. A few months in and several snow falls later, it still looks great and is holding up as promised.I do love our driveway and think this looks better than anything we could have done in concrete.

Courteous and competitive pricing. Work was done earlier than originally scheduled for September which was a bonus given the uncertainty of the weather in the fall. Workmanship looks good and drew a few compliments and the sales rep was very helpful. Like the fact that the product is Canadian made and not from overseas.Overall, a pleasant experience.

Urban Rubber Paving did an amazing job of transforming our ugly back yard patio and sidewalks into a beautiful space. We loved the variety of color choices and decided on the 80% grey, 10% black and 10% white. It was fascinating to watch the crew complete a new face lift on the back yard. They were very efficient and worked well together. The work area was left entirely clean and they were done in 1 day. Overall the company is very professional and we would definitely recommend them (as matter of fact, we already have and our friend has gotten their back yard done). Thank you to Michael, Melanie and crew for providing excellent customer service and leaving us with an end result that we love!

They where so pleasant to deal with from the start. They got our project completed in a timely manner. The crews how performed the work were quick professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them the product is just what we wanted.

I called and talked to Mike and had a great conversation. He said I would be contacted by his sales person in my area. Len called me and set up an appointment and cancelled for personal reasons which I understood. Then he set up another appointment and never showed up or even called me to explain. I sent email to both men and have never heard back from either of them. If they didn't need any further business they should have told me from the start. Not very professional in my opinion!!!!

Very informative. I had many questions about the product and process of application. All my questions were answered, very thoroughly. It also seems like a very good place for employment. The guys that work, seem very satisfied with their work-life environment. Unfortunately, I am too far away to get my yard done (two provinces away), but I can tell that this is a very well run organization. They take pride in their product and craftsmanship.

Since April have tried to get rubber paving for my residence. After initial quote, I tried to get quote for possible additional work. I sent pictures of areas involved twice to Len the sales person. I offered to pay the initial deposit several times and asked for banking information. None was given, several appointments were missed by Len with no follow-up. I will never deal with this company again.

Consider investing in some battery-powered leaf blowers if you insist on using power tools before 7am. Or at least have the decency to wait until most people are awake. Show some regard for your neighbours.A crew in my neighbourhood this morning (Silver Springs) was going full blast at quarter to seven. Reduced to one star for poor accountability and assumption that compliance and consideration are equivalent.

Parked in front of our house working on another house up the block and left their used rubber gloves and towels on our lawn. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t use them if they can’t even clean up after themselves.
