4Seasons Transportation | Accessible School Busing

4 Seasons transport company is the best in town. My name is Isaak and I work for this company for 3 years now. The company does its best to train drivers and attendants and they take care of their employees. The job of the bus driver is not easy one. Some people do not understand this. The driver has to drive safe and make sure the students are safe while riding a bus at the same time. Maybe if some people would understand this aspect and try to understand better what does the school bus drive does and what the school bus driver has to deal with then maybe they would not post some of their negative reviews on Google.

4 Seasons transportation works with the Parents/Guardians, School, Workers, Driver and Attendant to give the students the best possible ride. In my opinion the company model (is to have the student arrived at school ready to learn and be successful, however that may look) They transport a lot of special needs children, So employees need to be, flexible, caring, passionate and that is what they seem to have been able to find. Even the people at the top are concerned for the welfare of the guests, clients and workers. I've worked in a lot of companies, and never seen this level of interaction between head office and their staff at all. Yes, it is rewarding work! 4season are one of the best for training their drivers and attendants in the industry. 4Seasons keep up the good work I know you've had some growing pains but I appreciate the effort being made.

You are a horrible company money hungry and greedy. U put my child's life at risk. I've asked for the stop to be closer for 3 years now and u just say no and move it farther away. U neglect and put my child in danger. So as of this morning I contacted a lawyer and I'll be sueing 4 season for child endangerment and child negligence. For other parents out there this company dose not care about ur child

I have been working at 4 Seacons Transporration since last fall. It is an amazing job that offers the flexibility for me to take my daughter with me. The people I work with are amazing and I feel a strong sense of community while working there with them!

This is a place where the atmosphere is all about being a family with employees and clients. Administration and supervisors are also focused on proper training and follow up, and are always there for you.This is a safe, warm and caring place to work. Clients are happy and in the care of amazing employees.

I live working here as a school bus attendant all employees work and communicate with each other like a family. I love working with the kids and look forward to going to work each day!

Great service, the people work as a team and it is a family environment! Very accommodating and quick response on the phone. If I’ve ever had a problem or question, they were always very helpful and available to walk me through the steps! They are also helpful with the kids and take well care of the kids get the job done smoothly!

My family is about half way through our second year using this service. In the very beginning I was so nervous as my child was so young and had never taken a bus by himself before. We were so fortunate to have been assigned an amazing driver.On to this year. Again, new year and a different driver. Again, I was nervous. We were so fortunate to have had a good first year. I was hoping for a just as successful second year. It was a rocky start to the year, but the staff and supervisors here were so wonderful. They worked with us to find a solution that would be good for all of us. We were given another wonderful driver this year! Alnoor has been amazing with my son! I am so grateful for him. He is kind, caring and just an overall wonderful human being.Thank you to 4 Seasons and especially Alnoor for helping us by providing great service and making our time so much less stressful.

I have only been driving for this company now for 2 months almost 3. And I must say it is one of the most amazing companies to work for. They care deeply about the children that we transport. As well as they care for their staff, whether it's the staff in the office the drivers the attendance they are absolutely fantastic. This job kind of found me by accident, but I don't think it was an accident it had some divine intervention. Best company to work for by far.
