We absolutely loved stopping by the store! The service was amazing and friendly, you could feel the pride they had for what they do. We bought some delicious goodies at great prices and even booked at tour for the end of the month. It took us a while but I’m so happy to finally visit and get to know our new amazing neighborhood farm.

Bison meat was DELICIOUS AND SO TENDER. Never had I spent time to prepare it the way I was told because I don’t have a BBQ. IT WAS SO GOOD. YOGURT AND MILK IS also great.

Lots of unique farm products: water buffalo, bison as well as more common produce and deli items. Locally sourced and grown on Academy Farm. It's all for a really good program.

The concept and methods around it all seem very good during a tour they hosted and we had some amazing bison burgers. I bought the milk and it tasted like barn dust got in it, regardless of how automated and clean the process is. I’ve since tried some other buffalo milk to see how it could taste and that one was sweet and perhaps a touch gamey. Better though than the barn flavour.I had got in touch about it but communication fell off on their end. Hope they figured out the issue and sorted it out since then.

Just did a tour with our homeschool group! Wow! Kids and parents learned so much! Engaging, informative and fun. Had an amazing tour, hayride and baby water buffalo hand feeding included. Email Mark and set up a tour! Meat and milk are delicious. The animals are so well cared for, and you can see this farm is built on a foundation of good intent, hard work, honest effort and a bright hope. Will be returning!
