I went there and I only had a blizzard but it was still good and the other food there is pretty good too, I definitely recommend it if you want a frosty treat.

Amazing..can't make banana splits because all 3 bananas are bad..said I'd like to see..they weren't.. perhaps the skin weren't deep yellow, said I'll have one, my son opted out for a different confection..even asked for a discount, ignored..literally poured the excess pineapple juice from banana split on my lap( drive through only after 8 pm) stared at me as I asked if I could get a napkin or two..then asked if I wanted a napkin..seriously..absolute WORST fast food franchise ever.

Went there expecting good food, recieved a dry burger patty, old/hard bun, and my fries weren't cooked.Since I had a bad experience with the food I figured I wouldn't have any with the ice cream. Asked for a dipped ice cream in a dish since do not like the cones. Recieved a dish with a cone and little ice cream with barely any chocolate...Overall I am disappointed

Upon arrival went to the cash, waiting approx 5 mins before anyone acknowledge I was even waiting. Young lady on her break came and took my order and I sat down and waited.After waiting approx 10 mins I went to the cash to ask about my order and the young girl and young man proceeded to argue about orders as apparently my order was given to drivethru. I spoke up and said argue later please get my order, Waited another 8-10 minutes and my order was brought. The young lady was very apologetic however too little to lateTerrible service and to witness 2 employees argue over how’s fault it was instead on immediately trying to fix the wrong is asinineWill never return

Very ignorant and rude server and gave order to another table and didn't seem happy that we called her on it. Took three trips to get the burger right because instead of letting the kitchen know she messed up tried to cover it up. Thanks Cindy, you shouldn't be a server. Slapping it down on the table and picking fries off the table and putting them back in the container, bare hands, very sanitary.... not! Worse dairy queen

I went in to pick up a birthday cake that had been ordered by phone as the website did not work. I was the second person to try to pick up the cake that day. It was supposed to be ready in the morning. The first person was told it was to be picked up until noon which was not the instructions given by phone the day before. When I went in there was a wait and I was told there was no cake ordered for that name.
