Service is horrible, wait time is almost an hour even with only 1 person ahead of you in line. Academic advisors will give you the wrong advice (some will tell you to drop a course when you need it),

People there are nice both in staff and advisors but for a very stupid reason, if you call them and they’re busy as they’re serving another person, they don’t put you on hold or make you wait for your turn. No, they give you an automated response and you have to hang up and call again and hope that they can answer you then. If they can’t yet? Well, you have to hang up and call again. You have to do this over and over again because you don’t know when they will be done with the person before you. I haven’t seen this system being used in years and it’s absurd that it’s here.
