Mr. Oyenubi and Mr. Dent were extremely professional and prompt in handling two recent real estate transactions, one of which involved buying out a difficult lender. They proceeded in a manner that was by far more professional and efficient than my previous lawyer, where there was a lot of confusion and I ended up paying for the lender's legal fees. I knew Mr Oyenubi for years. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is different from some other lawyers as once he knows you, he will treat you as a friend and will give you advice that may lose his business. He would try to save the clients’ money by telling them another alternative way first but not opening a file for you immediately . He is easy to reach in person unlike some of the lawyers.
