Amazing place! The animals all looked happy, well cared for, and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful (especially considering that I don't speak French!). On my hunt for a rescue dog, I had been to many shelters, and was dismissed at the majority of them. The staff here really took the time to listen, and made recommendations that were honest and well thought out. A few days after my visit, I ended up with the best friend ever! Some of the information they gave me about her (ex: age) was pretty incorrect (they told me she was 8, she's really 3), but I don't mind, it just means I have more time with her! Thank you so much :)

I find the place clean and proper. The animals are well looked after and the staff are friendly. Donations are always welcome (we had cat food we no longer needed and donated the bag. I also donated leashes). I adopted two animals in the same weekend and cannot be happier.

Just adopted an awesome new feline compagnon a few days ago and couldn't be more pleased. The staff was super helpful and all the animals seem to be well taken care of. 100% would recommend.

Clearly they love animals and it shows. We adopted a dog Sunday from Proanima. The enclosures for the dogs and cats look spacious and clean. They have play areas outside where they can bring their charges for fresh air. The adoption process was multi-staged which gives the sense that they are ensuring that their charges are well-placed. Our new companion was chipped, which is great and sterilized which may have been a bit premature for her breed but all of that is included in the adoption fees. There is also a training deposit but we found that a great idea. Overall I found Proanima to be a great place providing a much needed service.

My partner and i adopted our beautiful dog Princess there and are so grateful to have her now tanks to Proanima. All the staff there are pretty amazing and are very good at what their doing.
