I've worked with CII twice - once for a set of ink prints (FBI background check) and once for digital prints (RCMP background check) - and the quality of the prints and the professionalism of the service were great each time. They took care to confirm the information on my forms to prevent delays or rejections. I especially appreciated the explanations of the overall process my forms would go through so I had an idea of the timeline and potential pitfalls. Booking an appointment means you don't have to wait in a line - a feature that didn't seem available at other firms. I highly recommend this office.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this place. The service was quick, friendly and thorough and I was in and out with little trouble - very professional. The results came in less than a week with no complications. Good stuff!

Not a great website, but having visited this place, I can say that the cost was better than other options, the service was excellent- timely, courteous, and above basic expectations for what needed to be done. Can recommend.

Fast and efficient. Got my fingerprint taken here without any issues. Called and got appointment the same day. Went at the assigned time and had everything done in 15 minutes. No waiting involved. The person knew what he was doing and very efficient.Try calling around 10am for appointments and you’ll find something the same day. They accept only cash and debit.

Had the same problem they say my fingerprints aren't valid and the Mexican government had to take new fingerprints for me which are very different from the ones taken in this place. I would only change my mind if you refund the $100 dollars I spent here since it's basically money gone to waist. Never again

Appointment was quick but the actual fingerprinting was not good. I got rejected twice by the authorities due to the poor quality of the prints and wasted valuable time. I also spent much more (~$200) than I needed to (courier fees, fingerprinting fees, application fees). I later decided to go to another place. The other place uses digital technologies to make sure that the fingerprints can be read by the computer (and my fingerprints were accepted). Here, they just insisted that I try my luck. Every attempt took 3 weeks, so I would have saved at least 6 weeks if I had just gone to the other place.
