I contacted Blackstone Sauna for a question about a sauna I have recently inherited and had some concerns about. I had no information on sauna make/model etc. Andy messaged me back very quickly asking for pictures to be able to understand my concerns better. He gave a good option and we agreed for him to come to my home to do a repair/alteration for a specific price. He arrived and assessed my sauna then explained why his original plan would not work and left it up to me to decide what if anything I wanted done.I was to relieved that Andy is so honest and not a pressure sales person at all. I truly appreciated his wise input and felt I could trust the advice/information/service he provided me with at an exceptionally fair price and with no upselling. I would highly recommend his company and service.

Recently purchased a sauna. My biggest mistake is not having one sooner!They delivered and installed the sauna and were extremely professional, prompt and friendly. They went through everything with me and left me feeling super convenient and comfortable entering the sauna for the first time shortly afterwards. I will reccomend them and their products to anyone who wants to improve their health.Thank you everyone from Blackstone for your incredible sauna! It has changed my life and I look forward to making it a part of my daily routine.

Love the 2 person sauna we purchased. It heats up quickly and is easy to use and assemble! The heat is amazing and we are looking forward to continuing to use this amazing product. Andy is very knowledgeable and was great to work with!

I contacted Andy about a problem diagnosing a sauna I purchased years ago from Costco which is now failing to power on. I told him of the steps I have taken to diagnose my problem and asked him for ideas. Some of my research brought me to his great youtube videos on the web. He was willing to confirm my theory on the issue and was able to recommend a fix for me that in the end solved my problem. Andy is a very knowledgeable person and I would recommend his services to others.

Andy with Blackstone Saunas was super helpful from the first time we contacted him. He was available to answer all of our questions as we shopped around for a new sauna and he was the only business operator to give us honest advice on which sauna is the best investment within our budget with zero pressure to buy. We bought a sauna kit from Blackstone to use with a built-in sauna that I was constructing at home. Andy at their Edmonton store was very helpful and eager to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Joe at their Vancouver office was also helpful with technical questions. The only criticism I have is that two of the panels that came with the kit were quite dark in colour while the other three were quite light. I had expected better colour matching, and possibly could have gotten it, but didn't ask as I wasn't prepared to wait. I would give Blackstone 4.5 stars. John

I'd like to thank Andy , A very likable salesman who never backed away from questions, in fact I think he rather enjoyed teaching us about his product and showing us the reason's his saunas are superior at the price point. I've had our 2 person sauna now for about three weeks and have had plenty of time inside it, Ive used it daily so this is my honest review on what I like vs what I dont like. Starting with the price I thought was very fair for what you get. The assembly is not hard to figure out, no need for directions which is good because the assembly instructions supplied were slightly different than the model we bought. It heats up very quickly full heat in about 10 to 15 minutes which is very convenient. The heat is strangely not uncomfortable at all, not like what I was expecting. It takes me about 30 minutes to begin to start sweating at 50*C then I find myself amazed on how much sweat pores out of me from everywhere, I usually stay in an additional 10 minutes from that point. The controls are easy and very adjustable with a max temp of 60*C (140*F) and a 60 min max timer which can be extended easily from the control panel inside or outside. The wood its made from is beautiful, no splinter or cracks like found on cheaper models. It also has a pleasant fresh wood smell that gets abit stronger once the sauna heats up. The only negative I can find is my phone has a hard time pairing with the bluetooth stereo, Only got it to work once, I know its not my phone because I have no problem pairing it to other devices. So I would absolutely recommend this sauna to anyone who is in the market for one. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased the Classic 2 and love it.Easy to assemble (approx. 1 hour).Use it just about every day.Takes about 45-60 to heat up to 60c.Andy is awesome, super friendly and welcomes all questions and gives the buyer the extra confidence that their products are top notch.The pricing was also the cheapest I could find for brand new. Top quality, so don’t let the lower price deter you, check it out as Andy is very accommodating and quite passionate and knowledgeable about their saunas.HIGHLY Recommended!
