Joie has a calm energy and knows what she is doing when it comes to reflexology. She combines message and reflexology to create a relaxing experience that will leave you wanting more. I have been a client of Joie's for 5 sessions to date - and hope to resume post COVID restrictions. I have an autoimmune condition and life with chronic pain is the norm for me. Reflexology was entirely new to me - I came in with an open mind and have been pleasantly surprised at the benefits of this practice.I find Joie to be knowledgeable and professional in every way, although most importantly, she is one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. When I feel stressed and overwhelmed I always book an appointment with Joie. Her reflexology treatments are relaxing and balancing. My favourite part of the treatment is the guided breathing at the beginning of the session. After a reflexology session at Every Part Counts I feel lighter an breath deeper. I highly recommend reflexology with Joie.
