Cold Shot Parcel and Bus Services (Airdrie)

A pior empresa de ônibus que já usei. Primeiro as poltronas são super apertadas e machuca a perna dos passageiros. O ônibus parece uma geladeira de tão gelado. A poltrona é pequena, uma parte da sua cabeça fica para fora. O ponto de chegada e partida são ridículos, totalmente isolados de qualquer transporte público. Fujam dessa vigarice!!

They are not good if you miss the bus you have to get anther tickets for the next bus the same day it is not good service the why she talks Edmonton office she is very roud

Waste of money. Departure times don't match what's listed on the site. Was on site before listed departure time and Bus no where to be seen. Call customer service and they couldn't care less to try and help you figure out any sort of solution to try and help out in anyway.

Cold shot doesn’t value you as a customer, so why should you book with them? I hope they go out of business.Worst experience ever. Passengers stay away! Arrived at 6:30pm at Centex Calgary when the bus was supposed to be leaving at 6:50pm. The bus wasn’t there on time. Called customer service and the guy said the bus was running 10 - 15 minutes late. Suddenly I just saw the bus leaving while I wait at the gas station; called cx service and they were the worst, and the guy was like “sorry there is nothing we can do “. In mind mind I was like, “don’t you think we customers are the ones supplementing your cash flow?”No alternative solution provided; the guy wouldn’t even suggest putting me on the next earliest bus.I wonder how companies like Cold Shot stay in business with worst customer service. I hope this helps future passengers.

absolute worst bus service I have ever experienced. the bus itself was extremely dirty and smelled so bad that it was almost unbearable, yes it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. the driver was excessively speeding and scaring me, passing other vehicles on the road in a completely unsafe manner. swerving into lanes in order to pass people. I was able, from the back of the bumpy bus in the dark, to read the licence plate of the car in front of us, we were THAT close to the car ahead of us. and speeding. i’ve never seen anyone drive so recklessly and it was absolutely terrifying that this driver was ok with driving that fast when his whole job is to transport people SAFELY. on top of that, the bus showed up 20 minutes late and i got to my stop over an hour late. Unreliable, Unsafe, Unclean.
