We print a lot of short run label orders, customers are ordering smaller quantities more often. We started looking for a label printer to fill these needs. After talking with Shaan and his team we decided to go with the Any-002. Shaan made the whole process quick and easy. After getting it up and running, my only question was why did we wait so long to get this label printer. Paper, Vinyl and BOPP this machine does it all, and it does it fast with good quality. I recently got hired as a graphic designer for a company where I need to print labels. I have never once printed labels before and Taran from Arrow Systems was so helpful. I called 3 days in a row to figure out how to print labels from illustrator to our memjet. Upon initial communications, it was evident the company had superior communication sills, remarkable resourcefulness, and outstanding customer service. After the purchase of an Anytron ANY-002 laser printer the entire team became valuable to our team as they seamlessly aligned with our culture and made the implementation process less stressful. Called and spoke with Davis regarding a $2500 industrial printer. Was very interested in making a purchase and requested a demo at our facility. They were not willing to do this. In 24 years of business, I never had a vendor not want to come and demo and earn business, especially something with repeat consumables. Not great customer service.
