I've worked with Jordan and Urban Measure for several years, and have always been thrilled with their service. It seems like every one of their employees is the best of the best, which is a reflection of the culture that Jordan has worked hard to instill. Jordan is never satisfied, and is constantly looking for ways to be even better. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company, and I have zero hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Love working with the team at Urban Measure! The quality of their work and quick turnaround time is impeccable! As a customer who continuously asks for things last minute or with a quick turnaround, we couldn't be happier with Urban Measures services.

3 strikes! Had hired them to do measurements/floor plan, I was told it would take 2-3hr, when guy showed up he said it would take 4-5hrs. The turn around suppose to be same day for measurement as stated on their website and 24hrs for more detail floor plan. Paid them in full on same day. Did not receive it til 4 days later after numerous attempts to contact. It took 6 days til someone called me back as requested. Our listing was delayed 5 days as a result and lost out on an open house over long weekend. Received a partial refund. Weeks later they had their automated computer system generate an outstanding invoice email reminder and sent it to me. Not impressed at all. Their response I was on their not been marked paid list. I'm done with their apologies and will not use them again nor recommend.

The team at Urban Measure are awesome. The quality is amazing and their customer service is on point. It is also super convenient (for us and our clients) to get all of our services done at one appointment. I would 100% recommend Urban Measure.
