I needed some assistance replacing light fixtures, installing a switch with a timer/wifi and adjusting an existing light fixture. We coordinated a time and Mark showed up right on time and explained everything in detail and was very efficient. He made a great recommendation for anew switch for some outdoor lights we needed to set a timer for. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely be using Luongo Electric for future work!

Mark was great! We wanted to update our place with baseboard heater compatible smart thermostats - a newish product on the market. Before Mark, we went through not one, but TWO electricians trying to get these hooked up, but both weren't able to get the job done.Called up Mark upon recommendation. He showed up on-time, and got the whole home set-up efficiently in an hour or so. Shows that with the right electrician for the job, we would've avoided a long-winded installation process, and saved ourselves a lot of frustration and time. He even took time to explain a couple of options we have on our next home update project - highly recommended!

Mark came to my home to discuss home automation. He was very well informed and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to recommend a group of products that would work for my needs as well as show off how they work using real examples.The work was completed very quickly and without any mess! I was worried we would have to re-wire and cut open walls, but that was not the case!! I was even able to add switches next to my bed that can control all the lights in my home without any damage!I am very happy with the products Mark recommended as well as the great care and work that they took when installing all the products! I would highly recommend Luongo Electric for any electrical work and especially when it comes to home automation!I cant wait to get started going over all the automated blind options and have my entire home able to be controlled from my phone! 5 Stars!

I would 100% recommend Luongo Electric. They were prompt with their responses, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options I had for the issue at hand. Mark came to fix an issue that was caused by a previous company. He took the time to explain the entire electrical problem, which parts were needed to be fixed and offered a better solution and outsourced how much it would cost. He was available via telephone and text. Since Mark did work at my home I have had no issues. Their service is reliable and they work efficiently, I would 100% recommend this company

Mark came out to assess our electrical panel and an exterior outlet that kept blowing its fuse. He was very friendly, professional, and direct about what needed to be done. I really appreciated that he was very honest about the capabilities of the exterior outlet and the state of the electrical panel.We had planned to put a freezer outside attached to the exterior outlet, and Mark told us that this would potentially continue to trip the breaker, but he came up with a great solution to add a circuit inside a closet near to the electrical panel, when we upgrade the electrical panel (which we are going to do through Luongo Electric Inc.) He was also very upfront about pricing and how COVID has effected the market, which I appreciated.Before the appointment, Mark was communicative and responsive, and did his best to get us an appointment as soon as possible.All in all, we plan to continue doing business with Luongo Electric Inc, and highly recommend that you choose Mark for any electrical needs in your home!

Mark installed a NEST doorbell, ceiling fan, and an outdoor light for our backyard and everything was done quickly and without any issues. Looking for an electrician you can trust to do the work right at a fair price? Look no further! Mark is an excellent electrician. He helped us bring a heritage house up to code without ripping out all of the old wiring (we didn't want to do that), added new fixtures, new electrical panel, and even grounded the house properly! It was quite an extensive job, and he did it quickly and efficiently and within a reasonable budget.
