I was terrified to get acupuncture for years, and now I wish I had gotten it in the very beginning, to help with the effects of a car crash. Valerie is super gentle and I have no fear of the needles at all. I have fibromyalgia and was undergoing all kinds of treatments for chronic pain. I was seeing doctors all the time and they always said there was nothing more they could do to help. Since seeing Valerie for acupuncture a few months ago I have had weeks of relatively pain-free days, after years of having maybe one or two good days a year; I can walk my dog again, and go to the grocery store again, and I'm sleeping much better. She is a godsend. My only wish is that I could afford to see her every week, because I'd be able to live a pretty normal life! Totally recommend her services especially to anyone who is nervous about trying acupuncture

I had a debilitating headache come about suddenly and it persisted for a few days. I went to Full Circle for a neck and shoulder massage in hopes of some relief. The lady who cared for me was very professional and helpful! She worked on me as best she could but in the end she said it would take many sessions to release all the muscle. Instead of wasting my time and money, she suggested I see the acupuncturist for faster relief. After one session of acupuncture the headache subsided! It will still take a few more sessions of acupuncture and massage to release the toxins and knots and what not, but I couldn't believe the difference one session made! Word to the wise for people who carry their stress in their neck and shoulders, don't let it build up!I am very pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism, and general care of Full Circle. I would recommend to anyone :)

So enjoyable experience, I love my visits they leave me forgetting I ever had pain.
