I called for a quote on a brand new truck and gave my email to the sales man. He said he would email me the next day. I waited a day and he never emailed me back. So I called the dealership back the next day and another salesman I talked to said the salesman I talked to would send it by that day. They didn’t send me a quote do u guys want to sell trucks or what? Horrible service

Due a full service on my 2019 Pete 579 and was going to hit the long weekend by the time I would get back home to Manitoba so I called ahead to Cervus in Regina as I knew I would be passing thru SK on the Friday.Arrived at Cervus early but they still pulled it straight in and got the service done quickly and it was actually $100 less than usually pay in Manitoba.Good job and small shop environment where you can talk to the staff.Left me impressed and I would definitely use them all the time if I operated from Regina.

They save my life on sunday i wake up in grenfell sk and my hood was open someone stole my preston anti freeze cap so i put a glove really tight in hole and ride to them and guy come sell me a cap im very happy im from qc going to bc

They replaced a DEF line in Dec/20, it sprung a leak again recently. They said I need a new line but they didn’t have one but could overnight one but no guarantee that it would arrive next day. Being a Thursday I was not prepared to wait until Monday they said they could fix it to get me back up to Saskatoon.I received my invoice the following monday and it was$1300. The invoice said they needed to remove the air compressor for access, however when they replaced the 1st time the compressor was not removed.

Service department has really stepped their game up recently. Super happy with the service I recieved from Nathan and Darren this week. Bought unit for a small diagnostic Thursday afternoon upon leaving an unrelated issue resurfaced, called Nathan from across the st and was no hesitation to bring the truck back. Darren had a relatively strong diagnosis by the end of the day Friday. I supplied a part late Saturday morning and Darren had it installed, and completely repaired by end of day Saturday after working late to confirm the repair. Seriously impressed with this. Thanks again guys !

Great parts service no complaints but huge inconvenience now that their closed Saturdays... Had a surge tank blow out while driving and no help now that their closed. Truckers work weekends too..
