Excellent staff! Dr. Picard was very caring, understanding and thorough with the examination and prognostic of my kitten's issue. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail. A special thanks to Jessica, the health technician who is very professional and reassured me when I was in distress.

Very bad service from Isabelle very rude to clients, maybe she is good with taking care of animals but her people skills are horrible. The other staff seemed to be good, but I will specifically ask not to have Isabelle working with my dog the next time I go there for sure.

This is the worst vet in the area do not bring any animal to this place !!!!! I brought my dog there, who became paralyzed after a jump off the bed earlier that day. The receptionist refused an emergency examination even though the waiting room was empty. She could give me an appointment 4 days later......really?Total lack of compassion from the staff. I wonder if that receptionist should even be working there.....
