I’m pretty disgusted with the customer service and will be going a step ahead as I have NEVER in my life dealt with this behaviour… I was accused of stealing an item that I pulled out of my bag right in front of the cashier and she claimed she never saw and because of that I was not allowed to exchange it (I called the week before put something on hold and explained I would be exchanging without the receipt which the store did not document and sold my item I had on hold) she was the manager and her name was Deborah or something, I have had no problems doing returns without receipts at other locations in Victoria. I ended up just paying for the two items I selected and walked out because I did not want to deal with her nasty attitude. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I go there sometimes especially for cosmetics the women who work there is really nice her name is Michele she’s so helpful….

New and revamped fresh foods and refrigerator section! Very nice to have in the area/location :3

I have been getting my refills from this pharmacy since moving to the area years ago. They have always been very accommodating and helpful despite how busy they are. Yesterday I went to pick up my medication and was helped by Darylene L. She was an absolute angel and took time out of her day to fix up my files and now my coverage is way better! Thank you for your help, amazing attitude, and making me feel important. Kindness goes a far way and is hard to find these days. Thank you for your service it is appreciated beyond words.

Unbelievably poor Pharmacy! Just shocking how inept. This is true! And it is not slander if it’s true and I have proof. If my proof can be disproved by Shoppers Head Honcho …well I would be happier and less worried for others!

Very rude male pharmacist that answered my phone call on the evening or the 25th of December.That person requires serious training on how to speak with customers. Extremely rude and belittling attitude. Not a way to speak to people. Shame on you.

Pharmacist who gave me my covid vaccine had a terrible attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. I had half a mind to leave before the shot and I would’ve if it wasn’t so hard to reschedule elsewhere. The other person with purple hair working there was rude and refused me a mask. I do not recommend location for anyone needing the vaccine.

I've used this pharmacy for the last 2 years and I've honestly had nothing but poor experiences. The staff tend to be overworked, and are lovely, simply trying to do their jobs. The pharmacy owner himself is the person I usually end up dealing with and he has often come across as abrasive and rude. Any time I've had an issue in my requested prescriptions not being filled properly he is quick to make me feel like it is my error, when it is the error of the pharmacy. I often use the online service to request refills, and almost every time I do there is a medication missing or just hasn't been filled even though I'll get a confirmation text from them telling me to pick them up. When I called this last time to let them know a medication was missing, the pharmacy owner legitimately told me on the phone it was my problem as they don't have a record of my refill request... I called back and spoke to another assistant who was able to find the refill request and couldn't tell me why it was never filled. After multiple encounters like this, I'll be switching pharmacies. I'm writing this review in the hopes that if you're considering using this pharmacy, this review will save you the numerous headaches this place has caused me.
