The woman (Mabi)was so rough with my hair. It was more painful that relaxing. When my hair was wet she ripped the comb through so roughly causing tons of breakage in the front of my face (I basically have bangs with broken uneven hair now). When she towel dried she vigorously rubbed my hair in the towel between her hands like she was trying to start a fire by rubbing sticks together with an cheap rough towel which is well known to be super damaging. She started brushing my hair from the top not the ends and grabbed my hair in a pony and ripped her brush through the knots super fast tearing out even more hair. She didn’t apply heat protectant before using the blower dryer and burnt my scalp a few times with the heat from that. And lastly she got her round brush stuck in my hair several times. I have an unbelievable amount of breakage and flyaways now. DO NOT GO HERE your scalp may be clean (though I left with bloody patches as she was so rough) but it will come at the cost of your hair. The woman was also very short with me and abrasive. My hair has never looked more damaged and my scalp left aching and burnt in a few places.

My treatment was so refreshing and relaxing! My scalp has never felt so clean and fresh in my life. I loved all the massage elements and and any kind of exfoliation. Really nice staff as well and look how bouncy and healthy my hair looks now! 10/10!

Nothing too special. It could have been due to the person who did my hair (Wint) but she was very rough in doing my hair and fast. Their website lists out 4 “steps” that they follow but i didn’t even get an assessment of my hair before and after and she didn’t even tell me about what I could improve on either. I came to the salon at roughly 2:45 for my 3pm appointment and was seen at 3. My appointment ended 15 minutes early compared to the one hour the website stated.

It was a very bad experience for me personally. Winnie was the stylist working with me and it was all very rushed she was doing everything as fast as possible just to sit down and look at her phone. I was paying for a relaxing moment for myself and it was completely the opposite.The treatment itself was okay but nothing that is described in the website is true, the massage was barely 2 minutes or less again as I said it was all rushed. Not a good experience if you are looking to relax as well as clean your scalp definitely by the service given not worth the price.

Good experience. Definitely relaxing! I’d choose another place though. My friend and I came here for the first time. I loved the massage the most. Winnie was kind and explained every step along the way. They do imaging of your scalp before and after to show you the difference visibly. The scalp facial came with the massage, detox ozone therapy, water acupuncture, scalp massage, serum, ion treatment, and wash. You can see the steps online. I paid extra for a blow dry. Other girl Mabi was rough and didn’t do a good job on my friend. Did everything too fast as well. She was also rude. Scalp felt itchy at the end of the day which was weird as it felt clean after treatment. My friend experienced hair loss the next day.

Really great experience. I was interested in the process of a scalp facial but didn’t know what to expect. The process is a VERY in-depth treatment and as someone with curly hair I didn’t know if my hair would respond well to the treatment or if it would be dry. At the end of the treatment my hair was SO soft I was blown away by the texture, with no product in it. And my scalp feels like it’s breathing. The whole concept makes total sense, I mean seriously shampooing your hair is not cleaning your scalp let alone deep cleaning your scalp. Happy I went & will definitely go back. Thank you!

Was a horrible experience, please read below esp if you have curly hair:First I did the scalp treatment a while back and this includes a scalp consultation, neck massage, head massage, steam, shampoo, conditioner, water accupuncture & a rough blow dry unless you pay for a style blow dry.That aside, the girl Mabi was very very rude. She made insulting noises at the scalp imaging & didn't bother explaining. Everything listed above in the treatment was done very rush, she would do it rough & quickly before going back to her phone to talk to someone. There wasn't even any explaining as to what was going in my hair, what she was doing etc. The head massage was very rush and like other reviewers I felt the tools just hitting against my head.When washing my hair the water was up to my eyes and there was shampoo in my ears. I wish I was joking....I really wanted to like this experience but it wasn't worth the price. The products are also not for curls, made my hair frizzy and dry. I've had to do serious hair masks to fix the damage here and I even woke up to lots of hair falling out purely from how rough she was with it. For $120 surely the customer experience should have been betterTLDR: Staff is unknowledgable & rude, can find better elsewhere

Very refreshing product. Get the shampoo been using it for 8 months now. I see a difference and my hair feels fresh. Even if a small difference still good product. A little on the pricey side but it lasts for a good amount of time. Staff are also friendly and welcoming when you come inside.
