OK Pneus

Called this place while traveling through quebec as I had a tire come off the rim, the gentleman was friendly on the phone but wasn't able to help me out as they were fully booked till the following week. This is a travellers worst nightmare. Luckily another company were able to squeeze me in as it was a emergency, travelling with a 7month old baby and a cat.

Hit a pothole on our way to Quebec city. Wheel was bent and losing air. Made it there and searched for a wheel repair facility for monday morning (august 16th). This store and techno mag were great. I dealt with Paule and Michele who were accommodating and spoke english with no hesitation. There was no attitude at all. They only fixed the wheel and did not try to sell me a tire. They also charged what they said they would. It was done in good time as promised. The tech. fixing the tire was great too. When i asked him to simply put the spare n the back with other things(instead of having to remove everything and place it back where the spare goes) he insisted on putting it into a plastic bag so as not to dirty what was there. I appreciated that.

Sidewall on my rear tire blew out in the middle of the night while driving from Ontario to New Brunswick for family vacation. We limped along on the spare to this tire shop. Tire is a Michelin Primacy and uncommon size so I was worried it would be tough to get a replacement and properly back on the road. Arrived at the shop 15 minutes after they opened and within 5 minutes they had found a used exact replacement for the tire that failed. Half an hour later we were back on the road, no appointment or long wait necessary. Cost for the service was very reasonable also.The staff at the counter were extremely courteous and no issues speaking English. Waiting area was nice and comfortable also. If I lived in the area I would be making this place my go to.

Just been there twice. The customer service is always on point and you don't feel like a dummy not knowing what part does what. They treat you like a normal car owner. The waiting room is cozy if you need it. My car came out clean and fixed. And they are reasonnably priced ! will go back when needed.

Service was Again perfect.Price was really good.I've done business with them more then once and when they tell me something needs to be repared, it's not to inflate the bill, it's because it has to be done.Also the drop me at work and picks me up at the end of the day since I leave my car for the day.Thanks everyone. You guys (And Ms. Bergeron :-) ) enjoy your work and we can see it when we enter the garage.Keep it this way.

Good service, knowledgeable staff

We went here because we got a flat tire on our drive home to Ottawa. They went above and beyond to help us get a new tire and an appointment as soon as they opened. He checked out other tires and the pressure and got us on our way. We truly appreciate their honesty and help in this stressful situation. Wonderful business!
