Michael provided a realistic and accurate view of the selling market at the time my condo was listed, he took the time to understand my ask for a price and explained clearly what was happening in terms of sales and prices in my area, he would often check in to advise me of any showings and their outcome, he made recommendations on what I needed to do to help sell the place fast and at the price I was looking for.
